Periodic visits are an important part of orthodontic treatment. Because of our cutting edge "new" braces, we will want to see you every 8 to 12 weeks to check your progress and make adjustments. During this time, you will need to keep appointments, follow instructions, eat nutritiously, practice good oral hygiene, and continue to visit your dentist regularly.
More frequent visits may be necessary toward the end of treatment for proper and timely finishing of the case.
We strive to be respectful of your time and stay on schedule to minimize waiting times. Delays to the schedule can occur and your understanding and patience is very much appreciated.
If you have pain, something is loose or broken, or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We understand the importance of education and try to limit the number of appointments during school hours. Our after school appointments are limited to the shorter procedures in order to have the maximum number of appointments available after school. All longer procedures such as starts, removals and long repairs are scheduled before 3:00 pm.
Finances should never be an obstacle to a beautiful, healthy smile! We offer a wide range of payment options including no interest financing, monthly installment plans and discounts if payment is made in full at start of treatment. Our office accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. In addition, we offer automatic withdrawals from your checking, savings and/or credit card, or you can pay on-line 24/7 at our website. Since orthodontic treatment costs vary depending on the treatment plan, our staff will be happy to assist you and your family in choosing which payment option is best for you.
We accept most dental insurance plans. We will gladly assist you with filing insurance claims and will do everything we can to ensure you receive the maximum reimbursement for covered procedures.
