Complimentary Consultation

Complimentary Consultation The first visit to our office will be a chance for us to get acquainted and to answer some of your orthodontic questions. The consultation is complimentary including the x-rays and requires about 45-60 minutes. At this appointment, we will:
Examine the Patient
Dr. Elchahal will conduct a thorough oral examination in which he will determine the specific course of treatment needed and will answer any remaining questions that you may have.

Give a Written Treatment Plan and Payment Option
When your questions have been answered a treatment coordinator will cover payment plans, insurance matters, and appointment scheduling. We will try to make your treatment as convenient and comfortable as possible and usually can begin treatment at this appointment if time permits.

Many patients are not ready for treatment when examined. In those cases, the patient is placed on a recall program and the family is sent a reminder in the future to come back for an orthodontic re-evaluation.

Our team values your time, we make every effort to see you immediately, thus avoiding the typical wait in a doctor's office.
